Our 9-grain blend includes organic steel-cut cracked wheat berries, barley, corn, rye, brown rice, triticale, millet, oats and flax seeds. Fermented for the same time as our classic sourdough bread.
Great as avocado or buttered toast, or used for sandwiches. We love a good ol’ chicken salad sandwich on this loaf.
