Just organic flour, water & salt! We use our German sourdough starter that was passed to us by a friend. Cultivated hundreds of years ago, we bring this story to life in our classic sourdough. A mild lactic and flavorful loaf, long fermented and stone-baked bread that will have you becoming a fan! Sourdough is a nutrient dense bread that helps your gut health and has become a staple food (since the beginning of time) for our households. The fermentation helps with digestion.
