In the white mixer with the paddle attachment. Beat together the butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, measure out other ingredients during this time.
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, set aside.
Mix in eggs and vanilla bean paste to butter mixture. Do this in tow increments and scape down the bowl.
Mix in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Make sure to scrape down the bottom of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps.
Scoop out the cookies with a slightly heaping red scoop.
