Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 64 – Eggs

Method

  • Using a whisk combine the sugar and oil. Mix until light and pale.
  • Add the eggs in increments.
  • Add all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the shredded carrots, pineapple, and walnuts.
  • Bake in 3x Full Sized Sheet Pans w/ Extenders at 345F for X minutes until center is baked.

Bake Cycle

  • Bake @ 345℉ for 7 Minutes
